Gwenno is a service designer and researcher who supports organisations that address social and environmental inequalities. She uses co-production and co-design methods to bring together professionals and people with lived experience of issues to develop solutions to challenges in public services and communities. She facilitates creative activities and conversations with the aim of sharing power and generating new knowledge and insights. Gwenno works bilingually in Welsh and English.
Gwenno has 9+ years working with local authorities, NHS and third sector organisations, innovating and designing services and programmes. She is an accredited service design professional (Service Design Network).
